1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KrenX (ecom.krenx.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Platform

KrenX is a local marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers in West Bengal. Users may use the platform to buy and sell products and services within the limits of applicable Indian law.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate product/service descriptions and pricing.
• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
• Sellers must not list counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal items.
• A platform commission of 10% applies to all sales.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide accurate delivery information.
• Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full upon delivery.
• Buyers may cancel pending orders only before confirmation.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Listing illegal, counterfeit, or harmful products
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Harassment of other users or sellers
• Misuse of the review system

6. Advertising

KrenX displays Google AdSense advertisements and local banner ads. Revenue from advertising helps us maintain the platform. Users may opt out of personalized ads via Google's ad settings.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via UPI, net banking, card, or cash on delivery. Refunds for cancelled or returned items will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

KrenX acts as an intermediary marketplace. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality, or service delivery failures. We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
